USDA Rural Housing Expert Presentation

Nona Mortgage, LLC will host Brent Cooper, Rural Housing USDA Loan Program expert at Eagle Creek HOA Clubhouse July 13th 10 -12pm.
Brent is the author of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers’ USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Program 2 Hour Non-traditional Continuing Education Safe Act course. This course was the first in the nation to have been certified by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System for continuing education on USDA’s Guaranteed loan program.
Brent has 20 years experience with mortgage brokers and bankers in every state originating Guaranteed Rural Housing program loans.  He is currently an account executive with American Southwest Mortgage. Prior, Brent worked as the Rural Housing Production Manager for SunTrust Mortgages and Wholesale Division and JP Morgan Chase’s Rural Housing and Single Close Construction channel’s Sales Manager where he worked with USDA-Rural Development’s National Office on regulatory issues.
