Between Teens Weekly Support Group

Between Teens is a weekly support group for High School aged teenagers.

This is an open and ongoing group where teenagers can do fun activities while learning:

• How to build and maintain positive and healthy relationships.
• Improve self-image, esteem and self confidence.
• Cope with stressors including school, family and friends
• Cope with stress and anxiety
• Be media smart

Group is held every Thursday

Fee $30 per session.
