SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK TO HOST CHEF’S NIGHT EVENT ON NOV. 12

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is partnering with chefs from the American Culinary Federation to provide an evening of delectable dishes all in the name of a good cause.
The menu for the third Chef’s Night of 2019 will feature flavors of the autumn season.
Second Harvest’s Chef’s Night series is designed to celebrate delicious food and the community’s passion for serving others. All proceeds benefit the food bank’s Culinary Training Program, which provides students in the area with the skills and inspiration they need to obtain an entry-level position in the food service industry.
MENU: Amuse Bouche
Pumpernickel crisp with brie and fresh cranberry sauce
Mini crab cakes with garlic aioli
Puff pastry cups filled with artichoke and spinach dip

Butternut squash

Bibb lettuce, candied cranberries, cherry tomatoes, roasted pumpkin seeds, French bread stuffing croutons and pumpkin spice vinaigrette
