2016 SORA Pancake Paddle & Open House

Join us for a morning of free food and learn about a new sport!
Learn about programs for Middle School, High School, Adult, Veterans and Adaptive Rowers!
Learn how to row on the ergs (rowing machine) and learn how to row on the water.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! All ages welcome from 6th grade through adult.
Bring the whole family.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Hat & Sunglasses
- Sunblock
- Refillable water bottle (not aluminum… they damage our carbon fiber boats)
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO ROW!
