LNBC Summer Bash at Lauren’s!

Join us for an LNBC 5th Anniversary/Summer Party! WE WILL BE MAKING A **BIG** ANNOUNCEMENT SO PLEASE TRY TO BE THERE!

Details: We’ll hold our 7 AM workout same time, same place and go home to shower and get ready. Party is at Lauren’s house! This will be a POT LUCK so bring: your dish (based on your last name…see below), any meat you’d want to grill, your own drinks aside from water, bathing suits and sunscreen for the kiddos, and anything else that sounds fun! We will have the slip n slide and hose out for the kids to play, a trampoline, basketball, an ice cold watermelon, etc. (though please forgive the mess as we are packing). We have a dog and two (friendly) cats. Bring your family and friends!

If your last name starts with A – H please bring a SUMMER SALAD.

If your last name starts with I – P please bring a SIDE DISH.

If your last name starts with Q – Z please bring a DESSERT.
