UCF Health and Florida Hospital are celebrating one year open at the Gateway Building in Lake Nona. To help celebrate they are inviting the community to join them for three wellness discussions with health professionals.
Food as Medicine
Inflammation is the root cause of many chronic diseases, including cancer. Learn how food can function as medicine to lower inflammation and help you live a healthy, pain-free life. This talk is being led by Christopher Smith, an Integrative Medicine specialist at UCF Health.
